Check out Julianne Hayes (art 20) very impressive canvas bag design. Students were to create a logo design for any social cause as part of their graphic design unit. When you see Julianne's design on canvas, you will think that you are looking at a professionally designed logo! The painting was created using little dots of paint (pointillism) to create an interesting texture and look to the composition. Check it out in the front display case. Lisa Buchfink (Art 10)
Congratulations to Lisa Buchfink (Art 10) on her very bold painting of Venice. After learning of the famous contemporary Canadian artist Ted Harrison, Lisa created her own version of a Harrison inspired famous Italian landscape. Check it out in the front display case.
